Lately I've been taking daily walk to clear my mind and it has helped me tremendously so I say this to you so each and everyone of do the if you're not already.for me walking take the pain away tha comes with my anxiety.dp you have another thing you do that I can add to what I do.

walking or any type of exercise is so helpful! i know if i'm feeling some intense emotions i'll go to the gym and just work out whatever emotion it is on the elliptical!

i think that a bike ride is a good one too. it's like everything around you is whirring away and just clears your head :]
