Has anyone tried meditating as a method of coping?
I recently learned that meditation can relieve symptoms of depression, anixety, and pain.
It helps with learning and memory as well and after going through a meditation program it can help you handle stressful situations better!
It permanently alters the pathways in your brain due to the brain having neuroplasticity - meaning the brain can be molded and shaped by the different things we do.
Recovery is possible
